Hi Thanks for reaching out. You are having anxious thoughts about your health even when the results are normal. If your anxiety levels are very high I suggest consulting a psychiatrist. Also consult a psychologist for counselling sessions. I understand what you are going through. It can be stressful to often have worrying thoughts about your health. What you are going through could be Nosophobia or fear of disease. Avoid putting too much pressure on yourself. With the help and guidance of a mental health professional you will feel better. If you feel your anxiety levels are very high I suggest consulting a psychiatrist and also consult a psychologist for counselling sessions.

Oh, man! this fear is so real happening around! It’s hard to understand the reality and deal all alone. Don’t delay in seeking professional help please. In the while, you can think of your whole past incidents and check if any of it is relating to your current fear. I really wish to look into your struggle and help.

It seems to be IAD. It's a type of anxiety disorder. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with a holistic approach for complete recovery. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi, It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety and depression, which can often lead to negative thoughts and worries about potential health issues. It's important to remember that anxiety and depression can manifest in physical symptoms and can make you more susceptible to exaggerated fears and concerns about your health. It's essential to seek help from a mental health professional, such as a therapist or counselor, who can provide support and guidance in managing your symptoms. Additionally, practicing self-care techniques such as mindfulness, relaxation exercises, and engaging in activities that bring you joy can help you stay grounded in the present moment and navigate through your feelings of fear and worry. Remember that you are not alone in this, and it's important to seek help and support to improve your mental well-being.

Hii I would ask you to get consultancy from a psychologist or psychiatrist. And having fear of our own body is normal but don’t overthink on it so much when all your results are normal.
Next Steps
You should practice breathing exercises daily and do meditation too which will help to calm your brain and keep your step away. At the same time breathing needs focus and do attention and so when you do breathing exercises you should completely focus your breathe and not on other things in your head or in your surroundings that are happening.

It's understandable to feel anxious despite normal medical tests. Consider focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to address your health anxiety. CBT can help challenge irrational thoughts about illness and death, while relaxation techniques like deep breathing and mindfulness may alleviate physical symptoms. Engaging in activities you enjoy and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can also promote overall well-being and reduce anxiety.

Dear User, It sounds like you're going through a lot right now. You may consider seeking support from a psychologist who can help you navigate these challenges. Focus on self-care and positive self talk. Reframe negative self-talk by practicing gratitude and setting small, achievable goals. Build a support system of friends who uplift you. Explore hobbies or activities that make you happy and boost your confidence. Seeking help from a professional may help you to work through these feelings and improve your well-being. Best wishes
