What happened to you by avoiding alcohol ? If you developed some life threatening complications then you are justified in asking this question. If no such thing has happened then you should be happy that you have learnt by direct experience that you can survive without alcohol too.

As your healthcare professional, I would recommend that you schedule an appointment with me to discuss your current health status and any concerns you may have regarding alcohol consumption. Factors such as your age, overall health status, any medications you are taking, and any underlying medical conditions you may have can all influence whether or not it is safe for you to consume alcohol. It's important to be honest with your healthcare provider about your alcohol consumption habits and any concerns you may have. In general, moderate alcohol consumption is defined as up to one drink per day for women and up to two drinks per day for men. However, this recommendation may vary depending on individual health factors. If you have any concerns about your alcohol consumption, I would be happy to discuss them with you during your next appointment. Together, we can develop a personalized plan that takes into account your individual health status and helps you make informed decisions about your alcohol consumption.
