Fatigue, dizziness and hunger
I have lost a lot of weight in last 1.5 years with diet and exercise and still loosing. I'm feeling a lot of dizziness, sometimes I stand and the vision get blurred for a second as if I'll fall down before I get any support. I have been experiencing mild headache and remain hungry even if I eat. So, I keep on eating snacks all day. Also, I'm tired all the time and not able to concentrate on work. What should I do?
