Fast weight loss side effects
I am 16 years old female . Pcos patient. I wanted to know is it okay if I lose  weight fast like 10 kgs in month ?? I am having oatmeal at 12 noon and then a bowl of daal at 3 pm and then coffee and makhana at 7pm and fruit and soup at 10. Is it safe to eat like this and lose 10 kg in a month by following this.

Loosing weight in a healthy and permanent way: Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hr. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Include dandelion tea 2-3 times a day in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k in a day. Drink 3-4 lts of water in a day.
