My daughter's front tooth fell when she bumped into a kids head at school. The tooth fell out the same night along with adjacent tooth that was wobbly. Now the second tooth is emerging but the first one due to accident is not coming. Kindly advise if we should be concerned. All this has happened 3 weeks ago.
Thanks & regards
Anand

Hello Sir,
It's difficult to comment with surety without the X-ray if the first tooth has got pushed back a little due to the hit.
Please confirm which front teeth you are talking about upper or lower teeth, as every tooth has its own time to erupt. If they are lower front teeth they usually are seen coming together but upper front teeth come one by one. So hopefully nothing to worry if they are upper front teeth.

Health Tips
Let the child eat everything and encourage her to bite things from front teeth for easy and faster eruption of her permanent teeth.

Let us know her age.. must be between 5-6 .5 yrs.
Natural eruption should happen eventually. Presently wait for her trauma symptoms to heal. If three weeks then maybe all is ok
Next Steps
Presently nothing should be done in emergency not just because of lockdown.
a new x ray of front area Needs to be done and the position and health of he tooth inside shud be assessed if any permanent tooth position has changed or tooth displaced or damaged.Rest treatment will follow as per finding. All chances are that tooth may erupt on its own too maybe delayed. please follow up with the dentists within six months of injury
Hi,
Plz attach images of tooth for proper treatment plan.
Tooth is not erupting for that get your child x ray done of front teeth. From that you got to know teeth is inside or not.
Next Steps
Visit dentist for clinical examination and treatment plan once lockdown is over.

It is quite natural for same teeth on either side to emerge at different times. There is no cause for worry. I assume it is the upper central incisors you are talking about. Simple trauma usually donot cause harm to the developing tooth bud.
My advice is to wait for 2-3 weeks and then get a x ray done in the region.
