I fell on my knee 10 days ago...got an mri done ...reports attached ...plz explain d report n d course of treatment

Though your report looks like conservatives treatment can help you still need to see orthopaedic surgeon.

Plz meet a knee Surgeon and get assessed clinically. Your criteria for surgery depends on how much pain and instability your knee has. But I would do surgical  Arthroscopy atleast and the further plan would be depending on what I find inside the knee joint with my own naked eyes.

Your report shows a partial acl tear The treatment depends on the stability in your knee joint Please consult your nearby Orthopaedic doctor for this If the joint is stable you can continue with physiotherapy If not you need to undergo surgery

A partial ACL tear needs to be examined clinically to see if there is instability in the knee joint, if yes then surgery for the same is recommended.
