Face tightness like feeling
Started 2 month ago, tightness like feeling on both sides of the face , cheecks and below the cheeks, no problems when sleeping , sleeping posture, no problems when playing bolly ball, sitting posture inside a desktop PC make it more tightness feeling , not permanent it comes and goes like that, riding bike with speed without helmet means lot of find also triggers some times, before 2 month I have less expose to sunlight now more than 2 week iam getting sunlight a lot, when tightness occures putting water on face feels ok for seconds, no pain or nothing , I can't fully said it's tightness some kind of feeling not that smooth, as per doctor advise take vitamins b12 and d with calcium but not worked, some sitting posture or some time it occurs ,when it occurs then I goto sleeping posture it will gone , and its not a problem in standing posture,

Actually cause of this thing is not diagnosed yet.. But you can try facial massage which we physiotherapist prescribed while facial palsy or bells palsy, it's simply add more blood to facial muscles with muscle fiber activation. If its tightness or muscular contraction then may resolve with this. Do it twice a day initially.  If giving you relief then continue.
