Care AI Shimmer
Pimples at 20 years are very common due to hormonal changes, oily skin, stress, or irregular skincare. Avoid squeezing or picking them, as this can cause scars. Wash your face twice daily with a gentle cleanser, use an oil-free moisturizer, and apply sunscreen regularly. Reduce junk and high-sugar foods. If acne is frequent, painful, or leaving marks, proper treatment is important. You may visit our clinic for detailed evaluation and personalised acne management.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
