Extreme pain
Hello! My sister was feeling sick for a last few days. Today she had unbearable pain. I took her to a nearby gynae. Her assistant admitted my sister, started paracetamol iv, and advised ultrasound. Acc to report, she has 5 mm stone in gall bladder, 2 very small stone in outer part of kidney n a knot in uterus.
She is still in pain. We want to shift her to hospital but we do not know which doctor to consult. Shall we see a gen physician, gynae, or gastroenterologist or urologist or a surgeon? Pls advice

It depends which condition is causing her immediate pain. If lower abdomen you need to see the gynaecologist who will treat and get an opinion from a gastrosurgeon and Urologist for the other problems If upper abdomen then vice versa.In your sisters case all three specialities will need to see her and decide on a course of treatment.
A general surgeon can help if super speciality doctors are not immediately available.

Please consult a Gynaecologist (not his assistant) . If required he will refer the patient to a General Surgeon.
So far the clinical examination seems to have been done in a most flimsy manner.
