My sister is having extra teeth on her upper and lower gums. They are growing from the uppermost / lowermost part of the gum and are not covering any part of her permanent teeth. Please give a solution fast as 5 teeth are already present on the gums.

It's a permanent tooth erupting and milk tooth did not fell.. in such cases to bring it to its proper functional position you need to extract the milk tooth without delay... Nothing to worry.. if delayed may be you need braces to correct this

As per the photo I think it is a upper premolar which is in the erupting stage and the deciduous molar is in retention phase. You have to extract the preceding deciduous teeth so that the permanent tooth can be in it proper position. If you have any queries regarding this you can practo consult
As the photo is not so cleared. So you have to make out whether the existing tooth is primary tooth(milk tooth)or permanant one. If the tooth is primary so go for the extraction of primary tooth so that the coming tooth can come at their original place. Or if the tooth is permanant then you should go for the ortho treatment.
Next Steps
you should go to the nearest dentist so that they can do examination
