Exercises after C sec
I have my first C sec delivery on 01.01.2022 .Till now I didn't do any physical exercises. Now I feel  stiffness on body.What type of exercises can I start?

You can do brisk walk , depending on your stamina and endurance.  You can try stand ups , about 8-10 times at a stretch . Abdominal exercises can be started after 6 months of Caesarean

Any form that ur comfortable doing Make sure ur taking calcium supplements if ur lactating

Can start by walking. Heavy strenous exercises start after 6 months or so.
