After c sec when periods will come ?
I had a c sec past 3 months around 1.5 mild bleeding happened now that had been stopped but I haven't got my periods yet how long it's normal to don't have periods currently doesn't have any issue mild pain in stitches and numbness around there only rest is fine should I do some remedy for periods rest I am having methi ajwain water for  increasing milk supply is there any suggestion ? Should I get it diagnosed or live it naturally to come on it's own? Plz suggest
