All abdominal blood reports and ultrasound reports are normal. Even heart tests and reports are normal. Don't know what to do. I can't digest millet, arhad dal, green chillies, peanuts, as these foods cause dizziness for a few seconds. This problem persists in monsoon more. Also, have heartburn issues. Please guide me

Yes please I am concerned about your problems and it may probably be due to agni dusti as per ayurveda view your agni is not in a balanced state so these problems are arising to you and so there is no proper pachan i.e. digestion of food, leading to formation of aam(toxins) in your body that is leading to the above complaints you have told. So I suggest getting a proper consultation from an Ayurvedic doctor for your concern, as you mentioned that your all reports are normal.
Next Steps
consult an Ayurvedic doctor
Health Tips
take proper timely sleep and always eat when you feel hungry and don't eat late at night and junk outside food, and the food i.e. heavy to digest.
