I hav been belching recently after my food intake, coz of which iam feeling very embarrassing...plz help!

I understand your concern very well,you are having symptoms of indigestion of your food,you might be having heaviness in abdomen and incomplete evacuation of stool,this condition can be resolved by taking proper treatment for 3-4 months ,medicine can be prescribed after knowing the complete details of symptoms and life style

No worries if belching is not fermented or uneasy as belching or burps is quite normal with heavy food. You would have noticed children being patted after feeding until they burp. But if belching is uneasy consult a doctor

Belchings are the sign of food intake more than stomach capacity and indigestion. Take small meals and avoid spices. Avoid taking cold water or water just before or after meal. Take Hinguvachadi choorna 1tsp mix with 1tsp melted ghee with first Morsel of food for 7 days. If problem still persist contact for a physical consultation.
