Early Morning headache too much belching
Every year, in the month of July and August, I have issues like Heartburn, too much belching, morning headaches, and digestive issues. All my prakriti characteristics are like Vata dosha. I am having issues like anxiety and depression as well. Concentration is also an issue. Can anyone help? The problem stays in the month of July and August only. All heart reports are fine and normal... Even my calcium cardiac score is zero... Feeling so helpless

I think you have this issue because of your aggravated pitta. Because of that you can have heart burn, acid reflux, digestion problems and headache too.
Next Steps
You must consult an ayurvedic physician.

Great to note that u abserving ur concern's pattern and willing to be fit. Monsoon is season of Vata concerns and ur age in pitta dominated so on priority control on vata by Abhyangam swedanam Yoga Basti therapy and then manage Pitta and Rakta Dushthi by Leech/Rakta moksham followed by Amala Rasayana or Chavan prash and Nasyam therapy. As ur in IT and management level so ur Doshas must be in ur control and ur power of expression mind and Dhatu be at sarvan I.e. at best . At the same time u must empower to lead at family level as well to nurture kids n siblings as a major anchor host or main pillars
