Evening fever from 2 months
I am having fever in evening from 2 months. It goes 100 max.Consulted pulmonologist and contrast CT scan chest is normal. What to do now ? Can anyone suggest

Detailed history is required as to whether you have any symptoms like cough , pain chest , loss of appetite or loss of weight. If all investigations are also normal , it might be iatrogenic fever.
Next Steps
Can stop all medications for 3 days except Crocin if fever goes>100F . Chart temperature . If fever doesn’t subside , get it investigated further including for latent tuberculosis.
