Ergocalciferol-D2 is on border line
I went for my vitamin d2 and d3 checkup where d3 is normal (50) but d2 is at border line (48) , so advice me some supplements for D2 deficiency.

Vitamin D3 is most effective in getting converted to calcefidiol, which is the active form. If your D3 levels are fine you dont need any vitamin D2 supplements. Instead you can take probiotics which will help in maintaining.

Don't worry too much about D2 , as it's not an essential Vit for human. It ultimately gets converted to D3, so if the D3 is ok, ur set. D2 is plant Vit D, and is essential for plants.
