I want to know the fact about epa and dha which are good for body . Are only fish contains epa and dHA ? What are dietary guidlines for consuming EPA and DHA And which fish is good for overall health with less mercury and less expensive available?

Hi, Salmons and sardines the cold water fishes are rich in Omega3.Flax seeds, walnuts and cold pressed olive oils, leafy greens and kidney beans contain omega 3.We require about 1000mg of essential fatty acids per day.shrimps,catfishes and pollocks are low in mercury.
