Endometrial thickness is 7-8mm
Hi, We have done MRI pelvis of my mother, age 48. Endometrial thickness was 7-8mm, we have further done some tests including CA125 & Pap Smear. But the reports are normal and there is no sign of cancer. Is it mandatory to do surgery of removing uterus

No. There is no evidence of cancer. Whether it is mandatory to remove Uterus or not will depend on her symptoms and the disease she is having.
