Impression
Uterus is retroverted and retroflexed.
Right ovary measures ~18 x 12 mm
Left ovary measures ~18 x 7 mm.
Both ovaries are grossly normal.
The rectum appears normal. There is no evidence of rectal wall thickening.
The levator ani and other pelvic floor muscles appear normal.
Visualized pubic bones and sacrum appears normal.
IMPRESSION:
❖ Imaging features are more in favor of cervical carcinoma, with tumor extension
into the parametrium, vaginal fornices and bladder wall - Stage IVA
o Suggested PET CT and HPE correlation.
