Hello Doctor, I am 25 years old female , Unmarried , regular period , my usg abdomen and pelvis scan apart from endometrial thickness every organ function is normal my endometrial thickness is 8.6mm the scan was done 2 days before my periods . Is it normal or not ?

Yes it’s normal, the endometrium is thick just before the onset of periods, hence it sheds during menses. Don’t worry
