Endometrial thickness
My mother ,48 years old., Is suffering from menorrhagia since many months. On tvs it was found that her endometrial thickness is 24-25 mm.. her esr is raised to 45.. d and c was done.. results are yet to come..can u please tell me the differential diagnosis 🙁

Differential diagnosis ranges from hyperplasia to carcinoma. Don't get too tensed. Good thing s that you are on correct line of management. Wait for histopathology report
