Is it good to have electrolyte solution during workout? My session is around 1.5hours. Any recommendations?

Electrolyte supplements are unnecessary, unless diagnosed with such a defeciency Hydration can be accomplished through,sufficient water tender coconut water, Buttermilk, fresh fruits like watermelon etc.
