Hey Carry a fruit like apple/mango/pear/pomegranate with you to the gym..after workout hydrate yourself with some water/coconut water. After that have 200 to 250 gm of fruit for restoring the carbs and  glucose levels.

Hi, Post workout is the time your body is exhausted and lacks energy and proteins. Have a Banana or coconut water with 3-4 egg whites or low fat paneer or a protein bar.
