Foods containing the prime electrolytes like sodium, potassium, magnesium , calcium, phosphorus, etc..to be consumed adequately..
Electrolyte imbalance may occur due to dehydration or because of too much hydration..it may not be a disease but could be a sign of another new problem..
Moderate consumption of water is very essential, ...if you start consuming diet rich in electrolytes..the imbalance is corrected slowly in a month or so..
