Hi Foods containing the prime electrolytes like sodium, potassium, magnesium , calcium, phosphorus, etc..to be consumed adequately.. Electrolyte imbalance may occur due to dehydration or because of too much hydration..it may not be a disease but could be a sign of another new problem.. Moderate consumption of water is very essential, ...if you start consuming diet rich in electrolytes..the imbalance is corrected slowly in a month or so.. Please provide all the details, your lifestyle, eating habits, sleep patterns etc..which will help to give a better diet plan ..
Next Steps
kindly follow up with your doctor regarding electrolyte imbalance..for any medication if advised if any..
Health Tips
eating a variety of foods and drinking enough fluids, electrolytes usually stay at the right levels.

If you are suffering from nutrition deficiency that can be cured with the help of Balance meal. You should add food as per the heat level of the body. Get it checked and go accordingly. It will take at least 60 days to recover. But best will be to show your reports first so the deficiency level can be checked first
