Eating disorder
I believe I have eating disorder ,, I always over eat junk food when I am alone. I can eat a whole cake by myself when no one knows..this really makes me sad. Kindly suggest some measures to curb the desires.

Hi You are just over eating and can be cured by Just following  down listed practices 1. Don't eat in front of any screen (TV, computer, smartphone) Eat on smaller plates. 2. Cook smaller portions to eliminate temptation. 3. Sit down at a table to eat.Cut up your food.Chew your food thoroughly. 4. Put leftovers away before you eat. 5. Get rid of distractions. ... 6. Know your trigger foods. ... 7. Don't ban all favorite foods. ... 8. DRink water before meals. 9. Avoid eating from containers. ... 10. Reduce stress. ... 11. Eat fiber-rich foods. ... 12. You have to control on your cravings . So Make a healthy lifestyle. 70% diet and 30 % exercise help you in reducing weight . Do’s- use skimmed/ single tonned milk (300)ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive oil,rice bran, mustard, saffola, sunflower oil in cooking Use 5 soaked almonds ,2 walnuts daily Drink 8-10glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, sweet potato, arbhi, zimikand etc. Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned food products Avoid pickles and papad Avoid sour products like tamarind , amla ,vinegar
