Eating clean but still have diarrhea
I'm going for a run in the morning. I'm eating clean - 5 egg whites vegetable 2 Roti for breakfast, rice and dal for lunch, Whey Protein powder after gym session and 5 egg white omelette vegetable and one Roti for dinner. Drinking atleast 2.5 l of water but still every now and then i have diarrhea. Why?

U hv problem of digestion so follow BRAT diet BRAT foods are less fiber can help to make ur stool firmer. BRAT means take banana, rice, applesauce, and toast in ur diet.

Your diet plan is not that perfect , increase your water intake & add good bacteria in your diet

Hello, You might have digestion issues. You diet is not rich in fiber and just rich in protein, try adding some fiber to the diet it might help
