I'm going for a run in the morning. I'm eating clean - 5 egg whites vegetable 2 Roti for breakfast, rice and dal for lunch, Whey Protein powder after gym session and 5 egg white omelette vegetable and one Roti for dinner. Drinking atleast 2.5 l of water but still every now and then i have diarrhea. Why?

BRAT foods are less fiber can help to make ur stool firmer. BRAT means take banana, rice, applesauce, and toast in ur diet.
