Which is the best diet to reduce weight. I am morbidly obese.. i do diet but after i reduce weight i eat normal diet but my weight shoots up. And i put on double weight.. any suggestions

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, Like there is no shortcut to success, there is no easy diet for weight loss. Focus on healthy food choices, exercise, pranayam and lots of sunshine 30 min atleast sunbath between 10 am to 3.00 pm when sun is most powerful. D
