Almonds raisins and fig ,walnut are good for weight loss but in quantity wise 5 almonds 5-7 raisins one walnut and one fig use for weight loss.... full of fibers and Omega 3 fatty acid and reduce your cravings also. By eating these you can avoid packed and process food.

See every recommendation depends on your health status, the reason for obesity n your reports.. but in general all dry fruits can be consumed..the rule of thumb is A FIST A DAY but they should be distributed in different meals.. Mix all the dry fruits u have...take a fist of them..and consume them the whole day as u like..

Dry fruits like raisins and figs are good but the quantity should be 15-18 raisins or 2-3 figs at one go. Nuts like almonds and walnuts are also useful in weight loss.6-8 of either nut at one go can be taken. These should be taken as an in -between meals snack or as a post workout snack.
