Please let me know what kind of Physiotherapy is needed for Cervical Spondylosis so that I can approach a right doctor for home treatment or to visit personally. Is it Isometric exercises or traction. The X-ray report stated that disc space is reduced at C5-C6 vertebrea and Osteophytes seen at various levels of cervical spine.
