Dizziness,High intake of sugar,brain fog
I have been in diet for few months.I didn't go outside in sun environment.mostly I do work in home.Recently I got dizziness,and symptoms like Brain fog,fatigue,inflammation in hands,less energy levels even though taking right high amount of carbs since 2 weeks. I changed sleep pattern,I sleep in day and work in night time,getting so much anger,less energy levels,low patience,over thinking,Been in Ocd medications too. 1)Vitamin D deficiency? 2) Due to change of sleep routine? 3) Low patience and confusion over thoughts 4) fatigue and dizziness 5) Pain In hands and palm 6)Stress,tension,lack of stability while standing and sleeping 7)Taking too much honey, dates,sugars while I am getting drowsy 8) Instant anger 9) Hours and months of work in night times Faced all the symptoms and conditions since few months while I am In diet and dosage of ocd medications.Please help me to get rid off this problem permanently

You have too many problems, some of which for a very long time, and you have been taking treatment from a Psychiatrist for OCD. Under the circumstances I think it will be more prudent for you to take consultation from a Psychiatrist in your area. If he so desires he can always refer you to a General Physician in your area.

Hi dear So I think we are dealing with mainly two issues here One is tiredness and fatigue and the other is anger and stress So it could all be due to a mixture of ur change in diet and sleep pattern . I need to know more in detail about Has this happened to u before or is it th first time Since when have u been taking over medicine? Do u have any other medical history? Are u ok any other medication ? Have u done any blood tests or taken any treatment for your current problem?
