It could be postural hypotension. Drink plenty of food and increase salt intake in your diet. Take your time while standing up from lying position and do some vagal stimulation exercises.

Please attach your cbc report, it could be due to anemia or just a postural Hypotension . Keep hydrated, drink atleast 3L of water every day. Don't wake up from bed immediately, lie down for 2 -3 mins and then wake up. Do you get any ringing sensation or any other sounds in your ears? Consult for proper evaluation and management.
