Dear doctor , i feel sudden dizzy while walking, inside the house , for second only..Can you tell me what causing this dizziness..! Thank you

You will need a few investigations. Please consult a General Physician in your area for a physical examination and further management. Hi it might be a sign of weakness. I would suggest you get your Hemoglobin as well as vitamin b12 levels checked. Secondly it might be due to low blood pressure.
