Need your blood report and medical history to know how deficient you are. Take 15-20 sun exposure on regular basis it’s a natural good source of vitamin D . Include green leafy vegetables, white till and citrus fruits in your diet. Maintain a healthy routine don’t skip any meal. Drink 3-4 litres water in a day. For more detail consult me directly on Practo.
