Disc slip in my back
Sir after scanning it is confirmed that I have minor injury in my disc .. please suggest me proper treatment .. nd is there any way to recover fully 💯%

Do not sit for a long time or walk for a long time or even stand.. Disc buldge Is the prob need to think about which pokes ur spinal cord
