Slip disc pain keep on coming
I am diagnose with Buldge disc in L3-L4 and L4-L5 . It's been over 2 months . After initial 15 days I was on Acenac MR tablet but later I was absolutely pain free. Again this week it start hurting my back mostly mid back and pain is radiating in my left leg but it's on and off. Sometime I don't feel pain in leg ,other time on right leg or only in back. Should I start with Physiotherapy or I should take rest ? I did not take any bed rest ever since slip disc problem was diagnosed 2 months back. Attached my MRI results.
