Slip Disc at L5 S1
Hi, I m 27 yrs old and 2 days back I got a severe back pain and with the X ray it was detected as slip disc at L5 S1. I would like to understand the process to get cured for this. Will physiotherapy help and of so what kind of physiotherapy and were I can do at reasonable price since I see lot of places were the prices are high. Or should I do a MRI scan or should I go ahead with some surgery. Please advise since I m very confused at this stage.
