Proper excercises for grades strengthening of your back can help in preventing further disc  bulge and painful phases. You can start with online therapy sessions with any spinal therapist. We usually have specialized and customized PT and Yoga classes for such issues.

As per your report it is a bulge. Would like to know about other symptoms like ease or pain in moving in bed and around Pain intensity etc
Next Steps
No traction No SWD Both are outdated and counterproductive. Increase movement No bed rest as primary tool of treatment rather move around and drink lots of water .

Your back pain is due to disc bulge. You should take electrotherapy and exercise therapy. In electro therapy you will be given intermittent pelvic traction along with interferential therapy. In exercise therapy you will be taught about back stretching and strengthening exercises. You need to visit nearest Physiotherapy centre. Avoid prolonged standing or sitting instead keep changing your posture. Avoid bending activities. Avoid lifting heavy weights.

Hello sir, As I studied your MRI it suggest a disc bulge that means the pain is due to that because of which muscles are also strained. You need to see a physio he/she can help you with proper exercise protocol which you need to follow to stengthen your back muscles. Also you can do hot fementations and back isometric exercises which is bridging that means lie down facing the ceiling bend your knees and raise your back hold for 5 secs. Initially raise it only uptil its comfortable.
Next Steps
Do visit a physio for a proper exercise protocol regime
Health Tips
Do not get up from the bed with face towards ceiling first take a side turn and then get up. Plus avoid forward bendings it will aggravate pain
