Gud morning pls share in detail about your daily routine,pls pls try to have a healthy balanced diet as u r in lactating stage try to do 30mins of brisk walking or yoga early morning if possible Or else evening time.chia seeds in small amount u can have but in either roasted or powdered form either by adding into smoothies or salads.

You can hv chia seeds in your diet. Chia seeds are rich in Omega 3 protein and fiber. So it won't harm your baby at all infact it will provide the required Omega 3 for your child's brain development.
