Hello, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling this way — the symptoms you're describing are concerning and should be taken seriously: Severe stomach pain Repeated vomiting with acid Weakness These could point to several possible conditions such as: Acute gastritis or gastric ulcer Severe acid reflux or GERD Gastroenteritis Pancreatitis or gastric outlet obstruction (if vomiting persists) Electrolyte imbalance from prolonged vomiting, which may explain the weakness At this point, self-medicating is not recommended, especially since the vomiting has been ongoing since last night. You may be getting dehydrated or developing a metabolic imbalance, which needs medical attention. My advice: Please visit the nearest hospital or clinic for: IV fluids if dehydrated Blood tests (CBC, electrolytes, amylase/lipase) Abdominal ultrasound or upper GI endoscopy (if pain persists) In the meantime, avoid eating or drinking anything heavy. Small sips of ORS or clear fluids can help prevent further dehydration — but again, if vomiting continues, you’ll need medical support urgently. You're welcome to book an online consultation with me if you’d prefer a more immediate discussion and guidance based on your exact symptoms and medical history. Take care, Dr. Romain Rajan

You might be dehydrated that why you are feeling very weak. The fact that you are having "extreme" stomach pain that means it could be alarming

It's advisable to get yourself examined by a Physician, get a USG abdomen + Pelvis done. Mean while you might need IV Antiemetic, IV Antispasmodic and IV fluids to give you some symptomatic relief.
