Difficulty in opening mouth and pain
I am 23 year old and i am finding it difficult to open my mouth wide open and there is also pain whenever i try to do so. I can feel a protruding tooth at the very back of my upper mouth cavity. Is it wisdom tooth? And is it a painful procedure if have to get it removed?

It can be due to non healing ulcer due to improperly placed wisdom tooth. Still clinical examination is very important. It won't be problematic if treated intime.
