I ate my breakfast at 9:00 am and it was a half sandwich of sausage with a small cup of coffee . But then I forgot that I had to leave some hours until lunch , I was supposed to eat my lunch at 3 or 2:30 but I accidentally ate a burger ( because it's a " cheat meal" of the day ) at 12:50 pm and then I started crying . How many calories will this have on me if I never eat again during the day? Will I gain a pound because the food didn't digest and I ate too much ?

Hi
First of all I recommend you eat guilt free if you had burger... just compensate in the next meal.
Eating high calorie food some times in between doesn't make u gain weight.
At my clinic my clients lose weight eating the junk food also sometimes during the week.
I can't tell u how much calories you require and what diet you can follow over here without knowing your Time Schedule, Diet Schedule and medical history.
I would recommend you to meet you me for 1 to 1 counseling session and a personalized diet plan
If u can't visit me then u can have a online consultation as I work online globally
If u wanna discuss further you can also opt personal chat option
