Diet plan for weight loss
I want a everyday diet plan of low calories for weight loss... Breakfast, lunch ,evening and dinner... Please suggest me a genuine diet for weight loss

Hello, Ensure you are having 3 normal meals and 2 short snack for mid morning and evening. The major 3 meals should consist of more protein such as dal, pulses, curd, etc along with lot of vegetables. Reduce the intake of rice/chapati and replace the rest with lot of vegetables. For snacking, opt fruits, nuts, buttermilk, tender coconut water, sprouts etc. Drink at least 3 liters of water regularly and put in 45-60 mins of exercise daily. Both exercise and healthy eating goes hand in hand for an effective weight loss. All the best!!!
