Belly Fat loss and Diet plan
Hello Dr. Good evening I am seeking for a best workout regarding belly fat loss. Dr. Can you plz let me know best workout regarding this. Dr. I am doing job from 9: 00 to 7: 00 pm. Also plz let me know the diet foods that can cut my belly fat and help me to melt the fat on my belly. My current weight is 70 kg and target is 60 kg. Plz let me know suitable diet plan accordingly. Also request for detail answer plz. Thank you.

Belly fat reduction is best achieved with a weight loss plan that includes an exercise plan as well. Since you wish to lose a lot, it is advisable to seek a professional dietitian’s help. Just listing a few foods as advice to lose weight does not work. You will need a well planned menu and exercise schedule that best suits your lifestyle in terms of your food habits and time schedules for exercise.

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

1.Eat small and frequent meals 2.Concrete on quality wise eating not on quantity wise. 3. Drink plenty amount of water 4. Include fruits and vegetables in your diet follow proper workout 5.Do daily brisk walk atleast for 30 mins 6. Include complex carbohydrates in your diet ( there are 2 types of carbohydrates 1. simple and other is complex  1.simple carbohydrates can digest fast and it doesn't give satiety value but complex carbohydrates takes time to digest and it gives satiety value too.) 7. Avoid junk food. 8. change oil in every 6 months

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
