Diet Plan for Weight Loss
I am 5'11 and a half Weight 100kgs HbA1c 6.1 (1.5 months back) Mind fatty liver Sedentary lifestyle Alcohol twice a week Outside food 4 times a week I will divulge more details but I recently consulted a popular dietitian whose assitants were preparing diet plan for me. I stuck to it and lost around 6-7kgs but within 40 days came back to being the indisciplined me. My diet mostly comprised of barley rotis veggies Dal two times fruits, green tea and normal morning breakfast like Idli, poha, Upma but I got bored of it. My problem is losing inspiration midway. Looking to start the journey again.
