HI Doctors, My wife had a ceserian and wondering what type of diet can she have and till how long?? Thanks in advance

After cesarian diet should be protein,vitamin c and iron rich .add planty of water.avoid oily and fried food,high carbohydrates food etc Need more information about u like age, height weight madical history,diet history, veg or non veg.

Hi I understand your concern. But I need to know how many days if cescrion she is. If her bowel movement are good she can start eating normal food. Make sure you avoid spice and oily. She needs a diet rich in protein.dry fruits,vitc rich food.she should take plenty of water.she needs to take milk and dry fruits and dink ladoo as it is rich in calcium and protein.For a.personalize diet plan I need her detail diet history.
