You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Please ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi I can surely help you with a balanced diet and educate you how you can include workout in your routine. It's all about giving a priority, if you don't have time to move out of your house you can do home workout also. But I can't help you Here without knowing your Time Schedule , Diet Schedule and medical history and lifestyle. I would recommend you to meet me for a one to one counseling session so that I can plan your diet for a personalized plan for you and let you know how you can include the work out in your schedule. I not only work for making my client lose weight but also teaching them the lifestyle they can lead later on after leaving me. If you wanna discuss further you can call or what's app at the number mentioned on my practo profile. If you cannot visit me, don't have time to visit you can have a online consultation as I work online globally. Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!
