Diet plan for weight loss
My height is 5 ft 2 Inch and weight is 78kg...I want to know right way for weight loss and a good diet plan too...

Hi there I understand your concerned. Your weight should be 60-62kgs and not more than that.include protein rich foods like  egg white,chicken,fish,soya,Paneer,milk. Stay away from junk food,packed food,chips,aerated drinks,sweets. Include one serving of fruit.drink plenty of water at least 10-12 glasses. Start 20-30 minutes brisk walk.

Hi there follow a proper diet n exercise regime, naturally you can lose weight. Have small n frequent meals throughout the day. Cut down portions of cereals, don't skip meals or crash diet without consulting a professional. You should reduce 20 kg atleast..fo for brisk walk in morning for n hour. You should follow proper dietician for 6month delicately..
