I want a full diet plan for muscle growth. I used to go to gym daily. I do hard work but i doesn't hv any diet plan.. Plz give me a full diet chart for muscle growth for vegetarian and non vegetarian. I am going to a gym since a week only. Can i take protein powder or not.??
