For high cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL and HDL management..
Include omega 3 and 6 rich foods in your daily diets such as flaxseeds, chia seeds, vegetables cooking oils such as til oil, safflower oil, olive oil, groundnut oil , cotton seed oil etc are helpful, high fiber in your diet especially the soluble fibre which effectively helps in reducing cholestrol for this include all locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, nuts such as almonds and walnuts, seeds of pumpkins, watermelon, sunflower seeds etc..
Low carbs, moderate plant protein, low fat, including toned or double toned milk and milk products, Buttermilk instead of curds, whole cereal grains, whole pulses, if non veg consume sea fish like salmon and macarel, chicken soups, lean meat, egg white etc..to be liberally included in daily diets..

Have whole grain cereals like millets (Bajra,Jowar,Ragi) and pulses and sprouts.
Eat protein rich diet egg whites, Sprouts . Include healthy essential fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, vegetable seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc.
